AI & Automation Engineer

About the role

Join our AI & Automation team to make investing more accessible across Europe. You will act as an internal consultant, partnering with stakeholders from investor services, partnerships, marketing, risk, and compliance to streamline and secure their processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement automation solutions using no‑code, low‑code, and scripting tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration workflows, and API implementations.
• Develop integrations with structured data flows, authentication mechanisms, and extend automations with Python or JavaScript when needed.
• Prototype, test, and scale AI‑enabled workflows, ensuring they meet IT, security, and governance standards.
• Monitor, optimise, and maintain automations for reliability and performance.
• Explore and experiment with cloud‑based AI platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks, repetition, and compliance or security gaps, proposing pragmatic solutions.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to turn vague requests into concrete plans.
• Experience analysing end‑to‑end business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript (preferably TypeScript).
• Fluency with AI‑assisted development and LLM‑based workflows (Claude and Claude Code).
• Outcome‑driven, pragmatic mindset focused on stakeholder results.
• Solid understanding of APIs, structured data, and authentication concepts.
• Fluent English.
