About the role
Join Mintos' AI & Automation team to design, build, and operate solutions that improve internal processes across the company, supporting teams such as investor services, partnerships, marketing, risk and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions, including custom scripts and third‑party tools.
- Test, monitor, and maintain deployed automations to ensure reliability.
- Provide recommendations on process redesign, standardisation, and when automation is not appropriate.
- Act as an internal consultant, supporting cross‑functional teams throughout the organisation.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to question existing processes.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Capability to propose trade‑offs and own end‑to‑end delivery.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
