Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on knowledge management, editorial production, communication, and the visibility of policy and technical content across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets related to the Africa‑EU space partnership.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including case studies and policy briefs.
• Maintain and update digital knowledge platforms and ensure EU‑compliant visibility.
• Disseminate technical and policy content to stakeholders in both Africa and the EU.
• Coordinate with African and European partners to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production or knowledge management.
• Minimum one year of experience producing donor‑funded or institutional communication products, including policy and technical content.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Experience in the space sector or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environments.
