Software Engineer – Telecommunications Systems

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing advanced software components and services for complex, distributed technology platforms. This hands‑on role involves solving technically challenging problems, building high‑performance software, and contributing to new products in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software components and services across a complex technology platform.
• Translate architectural designs, interface specifications, and functional requirements into clean, maintainable, production‑ready code.
• Produce technical documentation, code comments, and maintain unit, integration, regression and performance test suites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the software stack, including performance bottlenecks and deployment failures.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design sessions, code reviews and Agile delivery activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, preferably in systems, backend, distributed or network‑related software.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in C, C++ or Go; familiarity with Rust is a plus.
• Scripting/automation with Python or Bash.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, socket programming, APIs (gRPC, REST), and message systems such as Kafka.
• Linux/Unix development environment.
