Senior AI Trainer, Financial & Investment Analysts

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance professional to design, evaluate, and refine realistic training tasks for advanced AI systems. You will apply deep investment and corporate‑finance judgment to create high‑quality data that powers next‑generation AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑difficulty training tasks and gold‑standard solutions covering valuation, financial modeling, investment research, portfolio analysis, forecasting, credit, and risk assessment.
• Review and calibrate peer‑generated work, maintain day‑to‑day quality standards, and flag genuine edge cases or rubric ambiguities.
• Collaborate with the AI evaluation team to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, credit analysis, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Professional credentials such as CFA, CAIA, MBA, or equivalent front‑office experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; AI evaluation experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of DCF, comparable‑company, precedent‑transaction, and asset‑based valuation.
• Advanced three‑statement, LBO, merger, credit, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.

What we offer

• Short‑term contractor engagement for up to 9 weeks.
• Commit 4–40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlapping Pacific Time.
• Compensation at $20.30 USD per hour.
