Pre-Sales Manager – FinTech Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Pre‑Sales Manager to help our clients understand and choose the most suitable solutions for their business needs in fraud prevention and detection, AML, and payment processing. The role involves presenting solutions to banking, PSP, EMI and FinTech customers and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations for potential banking, Payment Service Provider (PSP), Electronic Money Institution (EMI), and FinTech clients.
• Understand clients’ business and technical needs and propose the most suitable solution.
• Advise clients on integrations, APIs, data flows, and required customizations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, solution designs, and pricing proposals.
• Coordinate the preparation of RFI, RFP, and security/compliance questionnaires.
• Support the sales team and partners with product positioning and client needs qualification.
• Continuously improve pre‑sales processes, demo scenarios, and sales materials.

Required profile

• Experience in FinTech or financial services, particularly in fraud prevention/detection, AML, or payment processing.
• Experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or sales.
• Ability to confidently present solutions and communicate with senior‑level clients and decision‑makers.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

Required skills

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention/detection, AML, and payment processing solutions.
