Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Network Administrator to manage a high‑traffic enterprise network across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role involves close collaboration with Development, Security and Engineering teams to ensure network stability, resilience and security. You will work in a hybrid model, spending one day per week in our Riga office.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, identify weaknesses and proactively resolve issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade network equipment and corporate infrastructure.
• Support implementation and integration of new network solutions and third‑party services.
• Perform backup, disaster‑recovery and failover procedures.
• Maintain accurate configuration records and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Latvian with excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation abilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IP, TCP/UDP, IPSec, BGP, RADIUS and IEEE 802.1X.
• Hands‑on experience with FortiGate and Aruba networking equipment.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Design and implementation of high‑availability and failover solutions.
• Network troubleshooting, packet analysis and debugging.
