About the role
We are the global leader in wood product manufacturing and distribution. We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional with strong Danish and English skills to join our international team in Riga and support our sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, process and follow up on customer orders.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives.
- Manage and coordinate document flow.
- Deliver professional and accurate customer service.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
- Excellent Danish (essential for daily communication with Scandinavian colleagues and clients).
- Good command of English.
- Strong communicator with an eye for detail.
