Senior People Experience & Culture Partner

About the role

Tabby is looking for a senior leader to shape and own its culture, engagement and employee experience programs across all hubs. This strategic, hands‑on role will design, launch and scale events, recognition, merchandise and communication initiatives for a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hub events, team‑building activities and road trips that foster belonging across locations.
• Build and run scalable recognition and milestone programs (birthdays, anniversaries, new‑baby gifts, etc.).
• Own branded merchandise from concept through production, vendor management and distribution.
• Drive employee engagement and communications, advising teams on formats and best practices.
• Lead cross‑hub initiatives that reinforce a shared culture and consistent employee experience.
• Manage external partners, agencies and budgets to ensure timely, on‑brand delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning employee events, team‑building and engagement programs end‑to‑end, preferably across multiple locations or a distributed workforce.
• Creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable employee‑experience initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with local hub experts.
