Medical Information Specialist with Dutch, French and English

About the role

The Medical Information Specialist supports patient safety by handling medical inquiries, adverse event reports, and product quality complaints from health‑care professionals and patients. Working within IQVIA’s global Safety Operations team, you will contribute to the safety profiles of products across therapeutic areas such as Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, HIV and Oncology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, fax and email support to health‑care professionals and patients, documenting all inquiries, adverse events and product quality issues.
• Track and process medical information calls in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines during regular business hours.
• Maintain effective communication with the local management team, reporting project metrics, challenges and successes.
• Foster a collaborative environment with other Lifecycle Safety team members.
• Participate in training, working groups and initiatives aimed at improving processes and implementing new safety services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline.
• Native‑level written and verbal proficiency in Dutch (C2) and advanced proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
