Master Data Domain Lead

About the role

Allnex is looking for a Master Data Domain Lead to join its global Data Management team. You will be responsible for driving data quality, governance and continuous improvement across a core business process area such as P2F, O2C or P2P. The role combines leadership of a global team of data specialists with hands‑on master data management in an SAP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the domain expert and trusted advisor for master data governance within the assigned business process.
• Lead, coach and develop a global team of data specialists, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
• Partner with Business Process Owners, IT and operational stakeholders to improve data quality and business processes.
• Drive data quality monitoring, root‑cause analysis and remediation activities.
• Support ERP enhancements and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess the impact of business initiatives on master data and propose solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in master data management, data governance or a related ERP‑supported environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality Management or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
