Growth Marketer

About the role

You will own how founders discover BADideas.fund through SEO, AI‑driven search, inbound tracking, data‑based content and the newsletter. This is a hands‑on, early‑career position where fast learning matters more than years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain structured‑data blocks, machine‑readable indexes, page metadata and directory listings that power AI models.
• Implement and monitor the attribution and tracking layer, including tagging taxonomy and monthly reconciliation.
• Publish a quarterly data‑driven piece using the fund’s internal deal database, under your name.
• Grow and manage the newsletter (over 1,600 subscribers) and report on which content drives engagement.
• Produce and ship content based on founder portraits, positioning, proof stories, voice guides and design system components.

Required profile

• Strong content judgment – able to spot high‑quality pieces versus AI‑generated fluff.
• Data‑savvy – can read messy numbers, identify meaningful metrics and turn them into actionable decisions.
• Comfortable leveraging AI models and using GitHub for pull‑requests and small tooling.
• Basic design sense to assess hierarchy, typography and brand consistency.
• Good English writing skills for publishing.
