About the role
We are the global leader in wood product production and distribution. Join our international team at Kronospan Riga to support sales operations as a Customer Service Specialist.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, process and follow up on customer orders.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives.
- Manage and coordinate document flow.
- Deliver professional and accurate customer service.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
- Excellent English for daily communication with Scandinavian colleagues and clients.
- Strong communication skills with an eye for detail.
