Workplace Platform & Security Engineer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Workplace Platform & Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise workplace platforms with a strong focus on security, compliance, and reliability. You will work with technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD to provide a secure and optimized environment for global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, organizational units, group policies, and security groups.
• Administer SCCM for software deployment, imaging, and patch management.
• Configure and maintain Intune and Azure AD, including conditional access policies.
• Ensure endpoint and network security using zero‑trust principles.
• Implement and maintain DFS servers, GPOs, and Windows Server environments.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• Support backup, disaster‑recovery, and performance‑optimization activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AD, SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall management.
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware).
• Strong PowerShell scripting abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English and EU citizenship (due to project requirements).
