LLM/GenAI Engineer – AI/ML Solutions

About the role

Accenture is seeking an LLM/GenAI Engineer to join its Latvia team and help global clients across industries such as entertainment, telecommunications, finance, insurance, logistics and more. You will work at the forefront of AI/ML, turning unstructured data into valuable insights and delivering large‑scale generative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to prototype, build, test and deploy GenAI/LLM‑powered products.
• Fine‑tune LLM hyper‑parameters and optimise model configurations for performance.
• Develop end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines, including CI/CD, containerisation and cloud or on‑premise deployment.
• Maintain and monitor models throughout their lifecycle, handling alerts, bug reporting and audits.
• Design prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to demonstrate feasibility and value.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical support to Fortune 500 customers adopting LLM technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a machine‑learning engineer or scientist deploying models at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with distributed computing, big‑data or high‑performance computing environments.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML software to cloud platforms.
