Head of People Operations

About the role

Nutrameg is seeking a strategic Head of People Operations to build and lead its people function from the ground up. You will shape the employer brand, design a fast‑moving hiring engine, and create a culture that fuels growth while ensuring a seamless employee experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the employer branding strategy, managing reputation, positioning, and candidate experience.
• Build the talent acquisition function from scratch, establishing processes, tools, and standards for rapid, high‑quality hiring.
• Partner with department heads to translate hiring needs into clear role requirements and hiring plans.
• Design, own, and continuously improve the end‑to‑end onboarding experience.
• Develop learning and development programs, identify skill gaps, and create growth paths for employees.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including contracts, policies, absence management, and compliance.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and feed insights back into the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR or people operations in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale HR functions from the ground up.
