Flooring Sales Manager – B2B Merchant Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead B2B merchant sales for our flooring division in Riga. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with wholesale, cash‑and‑carry and specialist flooring merchants, driving revenue growth across the wood‑based panels and flooring portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing B2B flooring merchant accounts.
• Manage the full commercial relationship, including pricing negotiations, order coordination and regular account reviews.
• Identify and acquire new merchant partners and explore additional distribution channels.
• Provide responsive support to merchants, resolve issues promptly and ensure high service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product availability and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the flooring or wood‑based panel sector.
• Hands‑on experience working with specialist flooring merchants, builder’s merchants, wholesalers or cash‑and‑carry distributors.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of merchant and distribution business models in the flooring industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
